The XJ Register
The XJ Register is the largest register in the Jaguar Drivers' Club, with around 7,000 members owning XJ or XJS cars.
Of the cars in the XJ register, over 20% are XJS models. The rest are made up of all ages of XJ cars, from series 1 through to the very latest X350 aluminium models. Whilst the XJS is outnumbered at the moment, it is very much in the ascendant and XJS owners represent approximately 2/3 of the total who apply to join the club.
The register traditionally holds XJ Day at the Stratton House Hotel to which some 100-150 cars turn up. These people either live locally or are interested in the Concours D'elegance. The register then hosts National Day where up to 350 XJ members turn out from all over the country.
In addition to the above the register normally has two other events each year. One is the Rally to Northern France; the last time that was done there were some 25 cars, largely XJS, in the Rally. Our final event in the year is the XJ Register hosting a large Jaguar presence at the Duxford Classic Motor Cycle and Motor car event.
